All Sales are Final and non-refundable. We will not accept returns or exchanges for health, beauty products.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Damages and issues
You must inspect your item upon receipt, any claims submitted after 24 hours of receipt will not be accepted and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
